Dan McLaughlin - Over 28 years ago while living in Lake Tahoe, my wife Patty and I took a trip to North Idaho. As we crossed the Long Bridge into Sandpoint, I immediately felt that this area would be wonderful for us as we have always been drawn to natural beauty and recreation.

We established Panhandle Realty, soon merged to become Panhandle Kaniksu Real Estate – the #1 sales office in our area at the time. My business partner, Debbie Ferguson and I built a sales team and I sold my interest in Panhandle Kaniksu.
